Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day with someone special or gathering your best friends for Galentine’s Day, this elegant brunch cruise is the perfect way to enjoy the holiday together.

Your two-hour harbor cruise takes place aboard Hoku Nai’a, our premium power catamaran designed for comfort and style. On the main deck, you’ll be treated to a delicious catered brunch paired with hot coffee, refreshing juice, or citrus-infused water. Bottomless mimosas are included. Surfboard-style tables with bench seating create a fun and relaxed dining space, while panoramic windows on both sides frame the beauty of Dana Point Harbor.

When you’re ready to explore, make your way to the second deck to soak up the sunshine and the refreshing ocean breeze. Enjoy sweeping views, ample seating, and live music. The upper bar will be open for additional drink purchases, including soft drinks and beer.

Keep an eye out for local wildlife during your cruise. Sea lions often rest on the docks, a variety of coastal birds can be seen throughout the harbor, and bottlenose dolphins make occasional visits.

This is a harbor cruise without whale watching. This cruise is designed to be calm and comfortable, so we stay inside the harbor instead of venturing into open ocean, where unpredictable conditions can affect the experience for both guests and the band. Weather permitting, the boat MIGHT visit the harbor entrance to view sea lions.

Valentine’s Day Brunch Featured Musical Artist

Enjoy live music from UBU, a local ukulele duet known for their beach rhythm sound. Their style blends classic rock, Hawaiian vibes, reggae, Jawaiian, and Cali reggae, all performed live on ukuleles. With rich harmonies and a laid-back coastal feel, UBU brings a soundtrack that’s perfect for a sunny Valentine’s morning. They live their motto, “You Be You, Because Everyone Else Is Taken,” and their music sets a relaxed, feel-good tone for the entire cruise.

About the Boat

Hoku Nai’a is a 65-foot power catamaran designed for passenger comfort. She has panoramic views from both the main deck and the elevated observation deck. There are two restrooms available onboard.

You will enjoy a beautifully appointed interior with upscale décor throughout the vessel that celebrates Dana Point’s famous surfing culture and recognition as the Dolphin and Whale Watching Capital of the World®.

On the first floor, the main deck is fully enclosed for climate control. As you enter, a lounge area with three sofas provides a comfortable place to relax and chat. Forward of the lounge are plenty of bench seats with tables. Large windows on both sides provide panoramic viewing angles.

Heading upstairs to the second floor, the observation deck has ample cushioned bench seating, and a wooden dance floor, and is covered for added protection from the elements. A full bar is available for purchasing refreshments including water, soft drinks, beer, and wine.
