Yes. On the first deck, there are bench seats with surfboard tables. On the second deck, there are lightly-padded bench seats.

This cruise does not provide whale watching. It is designed to be calm and comfortable, so we stay inside the harbor instead of venturing into the open ocean, where unpredictable conditions can affect the experience for both guests and the band. If conditions are calm, the boat may visit the harbor entrance to view sea lions. A variety of seabirds, including pelicans, herons, cormorants, and oystercatchers, are frequently sighted in the marina. And once in a while, bottlenose dolphins mosey into the harbor in search of fun or food.

Mother’s Day Brunch Itinerary
On the main deck, mom will enjoy a delicious catered brunch with mimosas or juice. Fun surfboard tables with bench seats provide a comfortable place to dine, and panoramic windows on both sides offer views of the beautiful harbor.
After eating, head upstairs to the second deck to enjoy the sunshine, refreshing ocean breeze, and stunning views while a live band plays. Relax on the cushioned bench seats or buy a beer at the bar.
A large variety of birds and sea lions could be seen. Once in a while, bottlenose dolphins can be seen inside the harbor too!
The Mother’s Day brunch cruise will last 2 hours.

Enjoy live music from UBU, a local ukulele duet known for their beach rhythm sound. Their style blends classic rock, Hawaiian vibes, reggae, Jawaiian, and Cali reggae, all performed live on ukuleles. With rich harmonies and a laid-back coastal feel, UBU brings a soundtrack that’s perfect for a sunny SoCal morning. About the Boat
Hoku Nai’a is a stable catamaran and the largest vessel in our fleet, creating a beautiful setting for your Mother’s Day brunch on the water.
This 65-foot vessel is designed for comfort, with panoramic views from both the first deck and the upper observation deck. Two restrooms are conveniently located on the first deck.
Inside, you and mom will enjoy a bright, welcoming interior with upscale décor inspired by Dana Point’s rich surfing heritage and its designation as the Dolphin & Whale Watching Capital of the World®.
The fully enclosed main deck features a cozy lounge area with three sofas, followed by spacious bench seating and tables throughout the cabin. A large buffet is set toward the front of the vessel, and expansive windows on both sides offer scenic views as you dine.
Upstairs, the covered observation deck provides lightly padded bench seating and fresh ocean air. A full bar is available, with water, soft drinks, beer, and wine available for purchase. Bottomless mimosas are included with your brunch.
