Special Guest Narrator
Often considered the voice of youth in aviation, Matt Stumpf is regarded as one of the leading experts in aviation history and aerobatics.
Since 2016 “Shorty” has had the opportunity to be the voice of aviation throughout Southern California and the west coast at events such as the Riverside Airshow, March Field Air And Space Expo, The Planes of Fame Air Show, Apple Valley Airshow, and many more. Recently he was invited to be the voice of the National Championship Air Races and Air Show in Reno Nevada for the Jet and Unlimited classes, for NBC Sports.
Matt takes a unique approach to narrating what you see, looking beyond the pilot or plane and telling the histories they represent through high energy, often comedic, commentary.
About the Boat
Lily is 65 feet of comfort and luxury. She is a fast and stable power catamaran with a maximum capacity of 49 passengers, although for this trip it’s limited to just 40 guests.
Stepping on board, on the first floor is Lily’s heated and air conditioned main cabin and fully equipped galley. Guests will feel at home while seated on cushioned bar stools, on the sofa, or at the dinette. Panoramic windows on both sides of the cabin offer scenic views of the ocean, coastline, and animals. A large TV provides underwater views of bow riding dolphins next to our boat thanks to our underwater bow camera. Also located on the first floor is the guest bathroom.
Head upstairs to the second floor to enjoy fresh air on the covered upper sundeck. Rails wrapped with glass offer additional protection from the elements. Place your refreshments on the cocktail tables and relax on cushioned bench seating while you watch the airshow.
Walking forward into the full enclosed pilothouse, you can relax at a table with cushioned seating and visit with the Captain. The climate controlled pilothouse also features windows on all sides so you won’t miss a minute of the action!
Moving forward from the pilothouse you’ll reach the specially designed bow. Wrap-around cushioned seating, cushioned backrests, cup holders and rails enclosed with Lexan® glass for wind protection offer supreme comfort and convenience while watching the airshow.
Our micro-museum with whale and dolphin artifacts, a realistic, life size, common dolphin and stunning photographic art throughout the boat will immerse you in the world of dolphins and whales! And last but definitely not least, Mrs. Capt. Dave’s famous triple fudge brownies are served as a special treat when we return to the dock!
Please note Lily is not equipped with Eye-to-Eye Underwater Viewing Pods.
