This extended voyage allows us to venture farther offshore in search of the ocean’s most extraordinary residents. With more time on the water, we’ll explore rich marine ecosystems to encounter majestic whales, wild dolphin mega-pods, and a variety of marine life, including sharks, pelagic birds, and other fascinating ocean dwellers.
Summer is peak season for sightings of the blue whale — the largest animal ever known to exist. You may also encounter fin whales, humpback whales, Bryde’s whales, and minke whales. Common dolphins numbering in the thousands, playful bottlenose dolphins, and elusive Risso’s dolphins are just a few of the cetacean highlights.

Your adventure begins with a delicious catered breakfast featuring mini muffins, assorted yogurts, fresh tropical fruit platter, spinach and feta cheese croissants, orange and cranberry juice, plus a gourmet coffee station and more.
As the day unfolds, enjoy freshly grilled Kobe beef sliders or plant-based Impossible sliders, complete with cheese and all your other favorite toppings, a Caesar salad, crispy potato chips, citrus-infused water, and more.
Throughout the journey, our onboard galley offers an assortment of dry snacks and beverages, including bottled water, soft drinks, beer, hard seltzers, and wine available for purchase.

As the saying goes, the early bird gets the worm whale! Your fun-filled Super Safari departs early for maximum time on the water with the magnificent animals. Since you probably won’t have time for breakfast (or if you’re anything like me, you’ll be too excited to eat), we’ll be serving you a delicious breakfast on board.
Our Dolphin and Whale Watching SUPER Safari includes:
- Seasonal tropical fruit platter
- Assorted yogurts
- Mini muffins
- Quiches with sausage, bacon, and cheese
- Spinach and feta cheese croissants
- Ham and Swiss puff pastry
- Orange and cranberry juice
- Gourmet coffee & tea station
- Citrus-infused water
Additional beverages including water, soft drinks, beer, hard seltzers, and wine will be available for purchase throughout the Super Safari.

Lunch Served From 1:00 to 2:30 pm
After spending hours at sea in the company of the largest animals on earth, we expect you’ll be feeling hungry.
We won’t be serving up tiny krill though! Super Safaris mean super appetites, so we’re giving you a delicious lunch! We’ll leave the krill for the whales (which makes them quite happy).
And your Dolphin & Whale Watching SUPER Safari catered lunch includes:
- Freshly grilled Kobe beef sliders
- Freshly grilled plant-based Impossible Sliders
- Burger toppings including cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles
- Italian sausage links
- Caesar salad
- Fresh fruit platters
- Lime potato chips
- Citrus-infused water
Snack Served at 4:00 pm
For an afternoon snack you’ll be served a snack of Fritos with chili.
And of course, Mrs. Capt. Dave’s famous triple fudge brownies are served as a special treat!
Assorted dry snacks and refreshing beverages including water, soda, beer, hard seltzers, and wine will be available for purchase throughout your whale watching cruise.

Enjoy an Upscale Whale Watch on Hoku Nai’a
Hoku Nai’a is our new 65-foot, double-deck, upscale power catamaran.
Her spacious observation deck is perfect for dolphin and whale watching during your SUPER Safari by giving you an elevated look at the animals. For your comfort, there is ample cushioned bench seating and it’s covered for protection from the elements. There is also a bar with water, soda, beer, and wine available to purchase.
The main deck is fully enclosed for climate control while large windows on both sides provide plenty of viewing angles during the Dolphin & Whale SUPER Safari. Bench seats with tables and a lounge area are perfect for guests wanting to enjoy their lunch.
There are two restrooms on the main deck.

Hoku Nai’a does not have underwater viewing pods.
